melody-beattieCodependent No More Celebrates 25 Years with Melody Beattie Author of a New Book The Codependent No More Workbook

Join me on October 26th at 4PM ET as I have the pleasure of talking with Melody Beattie on ‘A Conscious Life’ radio.

Melody Beattie, author of Codependent No More. We will discuss Codependency and the new workbook she has available. We will also discuss the signs and symptoms of codependency, long terms effects of codependency, how to work to change the behavior and where you can go for support.

Melody Beattie is famous for the movement she started with her first book, Codependent No More—a perennial title that has sold over five million copies. Simply put, “a codependent person is one who has let another person’s behavior affect him or her, and who is obsessed with controlling that person’s behavior,” explains Beattie.

The CODEPENDENT NO MORE WORKBOOK will help people who are legitimately caretaking anyone—friend, boss, co-worker, sibling, parent, child, or ill spouse—who need to remember to take care of themselves.

I am glad to hear that you got to interview Melody Beattie. As a therapist for over 40 years, I have seen so many people grow and change because of her work and writings. Is there a way to listen to the show now, as I missed it. Is there an archive available. Thanks. Steve
